How TRAMA BCN works
TRAMA BCN articulates a proximity-based methodology in four phases: territorial listening, partner connection, cultural activation and impact evaluation. Each phase is designed to make contemporary art public, situated and measurable.

Defined scope before activation
Each activation is scoped before implementation: space, timeline, participating agents, mediation activities, communication needs and basic indicators.

The process is documented through attendance records, visual material, partner feedback and qualitative notes from the mediation process.
Impact return for partners
Partners and sponsors receive a concise report with activities delivered, audiences reached, alliances activated and lessons learned.
