How TRAMA BCN works

TRAMA BCN articulates a proximity-based methodology in four phases: territorial listening, partner connection, cultural activation and impact evaluation. Each phase is designed to make contemporary art public, situated and measurable.

01 — Detect

We identify spaces, contexts and local needs

We map neighbourhoods, proximity spaces and alliances with real capacity for cultural activation.

We design and implement the activation

The activation

The minimum sponsorable unit.

A TRAMA BCN activation is a concrete cultural operation: temporary artwork presence, mediation, public participation, documentation and impact reporting.

01 — Pre-production
